Full Day  (5 hours or more):  $83.00 - $89.00  
     Hot or cold lunch and an a.m. and p.m. snack included (menus available).
     
1/2 Day  (5 hours or less):  $47.00 - $52.00  
     Hot or cold lunch and an a.m. or p.m. snack included (menus available).

The Rate range depends on staff hours necessary, determined by the assesment, to ensure client's care needs are met.

REAL Services, Inc. (our Area Agency on Aging), will assist in completing applications for assistance that will cover the cost of adult day care services.

The following funding programs may be available:

• CHOICE (Community Home Options to Institutionalized Care)
• Medicaid Waiver
• Title 3-E ($1,000.00 One time Caregiver Respite Grant )

       VA Benefits for wartime
Veterans and their spouses.

The Aid & Attendance Pension is offered from the VA to wartime Veterans and their surviving spouses if they need adult day services, home care, assisted living, or skilled nursing.  The benefits range from $1,056 – 1,949 per month, even those with higher net worth may qualify.
