Riverview ADHC serves seniors and special needs adults in the Elkhart area who cannot be safely left alone, who demonstrate a decline in cognitive functioning, or who just need to connect more with others. We offer respite for caregivers and help individuals to continue living at home.
We provide two levels of programs designed around our guest’s cognitive abilities. As the only adult day center in the Elkhart area, guests can chat with friends during a fun-filled day, while a licensed and certified staff helps to monitor health conditions. Guests enjoy regular daily activities as well as special events, all within a loving, family atmosphere.

Active, Fun-filled Days
Our days are filled with fun activities: games, crafts, special entertainment and visiting with friends. Our guests can take a sunny stroll in our courtyard and take part in condition-appropriate exercise. Every month we host various performance groups, the Elkhart Public Library and the Potawatomi Zoo.
Personalized Care
All guests receive a personal Health Care Plan. Our licensed and certified nursing staff regularly monitors health conditions and administers medications. We can serve as a liaison between our clients, their caregivers and their physician or other health professionals. We serve nutritious breakfasts, lunches and snacks and can accomodate special dietary restrictions.
Flexible Hours & Transportation
Whether you need full days, 5 days per week, partial weeks or even half-day programs, we have a program to fit your needs. We offer affordable transportation services as well.
Dementia & Special Needs Care
We have specially designed secure facilities and programs for patients suffering from dementia or other conditions where wandering is a concern. Guests with these concerns can still enjoy fresh air in our completely secure outdoor courtyard.
Accredited, Licensed & Certified
We have an experienced, caring licensed staff, including our Health Services Director (LPN), Program Director, Certified Nurses Assistants. We are fully accredited by the Indiana Association of Adult Day Services.
Affordable Rates & Fees
We strive to keep our program rates low through grants, government programs, fund-raising and our generous volunteers. Limited financial assistance is available, including Veterans Administration benefits, Medicaid Waivers and Choice Program.
Trinity on Jackson Affiliation
Although Riverview ADHC is a non-denominational organization separate from Trinity on Jackson, we are a mission of the church. Members of Trinity recognized the need for such a service and assisted us in establishing Riverview ADHC over 30 years ago. We are, however, a separate not-for-profit agency.
